Hi, Iām Anshu Prabha.
For 17 years, I've worked inside schools in almost every leadership role there is. The two that shaped me most: instructional coach and assistant principal. Together, they taught me how to support organizations from the inside out, the systems and the people who make them work.
In that time, I've sat with a lot of leaders.
People stepping into leadership for the first time, trying to figure out who they are in the role. Experienced leaders carrying teams through hard seasons. And leaders quietly wondering if the culture they're creating is the one they actually want.
That work taught me something: the conversations that matter most are usually the ones people are avoiding.
Let's Meet for Coffee is where I think out loud about those conversations. About what it actually takes to lead well. About the moments that don't get taught in graduate schools or leadership programs but shape everything anyway.
I write for leaders who are still figuring it out. Who want to think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and build cultures where people genuinely thrive.
If something I write lands for you, I'd love to hear about it.
